So smart! I attempted to do this in my last business as well. I think Michael added some good details to it that carries it through to the mgmt teams. Having owner and operator equally yoked is pivotal for having your business run without you.

New concept to me provided by my therapist. I seem to lean more to an internal locus of control. Maybe a 70/30 split.

Been following Marko for some time and he really has a great channel. With non-dividend growth stocks having once of the worst years in the last 10 years. This video is a good reminder on how to leave off of JUST the dividends.

This is an older video but still so brilliant as a communication challenge. Blockchain is still a very appealing technology to me. It's use cases are still being formed and there will be risks and challenges along the way. My hopes is I can take this approach in explaining concepts to people through Best FN Life.
